- Complete the liability waiver online or when you check in.
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure and check in inside the rail car gift shop, up the wooden stairs.
- You can walk or ride the golf car shuttle to the Railbikes where the Safety Briefing will begin 15 minutes before departure.
- Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
- There is no smoking on the Railbikes or at the boarding station.
- We accept credit and debit cards only. Cash is welcome for tips.
- Schedules are subject to change; guests will be notified as soon as possible.

Can I ride Solo?
Yes, you can purchase the single-rider ticket option at checkout. Single riders must be at least 16 years old and may be paired with another single-rider, subject to availability.
what is the age requirement to ride railbikes?
The minimum age requirement for seated passengers is 3 years old – no lap seating allowed. All children under the age of three must be in a front-facing carrier. Drivers must be at least 16 years old to operate the motor-assisted vehicle.
is parking available?
Yes, there is free ample parking available.
can dogs ride railbikes?
Please leave your furry friends at home, we do not have crates for dogs to ride the Railbikes.
is this ride for you?
If you like being outdoors and trying something different, yes. Riders of all skill levels are welcome. The ride can be moderate to strenuous without the assist, but every Railbike has an electric boost to help on the grades or give you a breather.
