Operator: Mendocino Railway (“MRY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Applies to: MRY passes and pass benefits, including Annual Passes and Fixed-Use Passes, for MRY-operated services sold or used in California, including Skunk Train and River Fox Train services where applicable.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY; THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. AS SET OUT BELOW, MOST DISPUTES RELATING TO YOUR PASS MUST BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND YOU AND MENDOCINO RAILWAY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JUDGE OR JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY LAW.

These Mendocino Railway Pass Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all MRY passes, including Annual Passes and Fixed-Use Passes, passholder reservations, discounts, and related benefits for the passenger rail services and related pass benefits expressly included in these Terms (the “Eligible Pass Services”), which MRY operates under the “Skunk Train,” “River Fox Train,” and any other applicable MRY operation or pass brand names. These Terms govern only MRY passes and pass benefits, do not define, limit, characterize, or waive the nature, scope, or regulatory status of MRY’s rail operations or any right, defense, immunity, or limitation available to MRY under applicable federal, state, or local law, and bind you when you purchase, accept, reserve, redeem, or use a pass, together with MRY’s posted safety and conduct rules and safety instructions from authorized MRY personnel.

A pass is a limited, revocable license to reserve, redeem, and use Eligible Pass Services during the pass term, subject to these Terms, and is not a guarantee of admission, boarding, seating, route, equipment, departure time, or access to any particular service, trip, or event, a gift card, gift certificate, stored-value card, or deposit account, or a pass for transportation or other services not expressly included in these Terms. An “Annual Pass” means a pass usable for the listed Eligible Pass Services during the pass term, subject to these Terms. A “Fixed-Use Pass” means a pass with a stated number of included redemptions for the listed Eligible Pass Services, subject to these Terms.

1. Pass Term; No Automatic Renewal

Unless MRY expressly states otherwise for a particular pass, each pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase, expiring at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the first anniversary of the purchase date. Passes do not automatically renew. A new purchase is required for a new pass term. Unused benefits, discounts, reservation opportunities, and Fixed-Use Pass redemptions expire when the pass expires, do not roll over, have no cash value, and may not be used, refunded, credited, extended, transferred, or carried over after expiration, except as required by law or expressly approved by MRY.

2. Reservations Required; Subject to Availability

Advance reservations are required to board, travel on, or redeem any train, event, bar, railbike, Railcoaster, or other Eligible Pass Service using a pass, unless MRY expressly states otherwise for a particular service. A reservation is not required to use passholder discounts or any other benefit that does not require boarding, attendance, or redemption for an Eligible Pass Service.

All passholder reservations and trips are subject to available seating, equipment, schedules, staffing, weather and environmental conditions, safety, railroad operations, maintenance, track conditions, regulatory requirements, blackout dates or excluded departures, pass-specific exclusions, and these Terms.

MRY may determine, limit, allocate, or change pass seats, reservations, redemptions, and capacity by pass type, date, service, route, season, or operational need, and pass reservation inventory may be only a portion of total capacity and allocated differently among passes, day tickets, groups, charters, and other categories, even if a train or service is operating or seats are otherwise available to other customers.

3. Active Reservation Limits

Each passholder may hold up to three reservations at one time, unless MRY designates a different limit, including one reservation at a time, for a particular pass, Eligible Pass Service, date, season, high-demand or holiday period, limited-capacity Eligible Pass Service, special event, or operational need.

Once a passholder uses a reservation or timely cancels or reschedules it in accordance with MRY’s applicable cancellation policy, the passholder may make another reservation, subject to availability and these Terms. If a passholder does not check in for a reserved service and does not timely cancel or reschedule, the reservation may be treated as a no-show under Section 6.

Fixed-Use Pass redemptions are personal to the named passholder and may not be used for friends, companions, or other guests unless the pass type below expressly includes companion or guest use.

4. Trip Limits

Passes may be used for more than one trip per day only to the extent permitted by the applicable pass type, available reservations, active-reservation limits, blackout dates, and these Terms, and MRY may set or change per-day, per-service, or per-pass trip limits for particular passes, dates, services, high-demand periods, or operational needs. Each trip is counted on its scheduled departure date.

5. Blackout Dates and Excluded Departures

MRY may designate blackout dates, high-demand dates, excluded departures, or limited-availability periods for any pass by pass type, service, season, event, location, or operational need. MRY will make reasonable efforts to post or provide notice of blackout dates or excluded departures before the affected date.

Blackout dates, high-demand dates, and excluded departures do not extend the pass term and do not entitle the passholder to a refund, credit, or substitution, except as required by law. MRY will not apply newly designated blackout dates in a manner intended to eliminate the core benefits of a previously purchased pass.

6. No-Shows, Late Cancellations, and Reservation Misuse

A “no-show” occurs when a passholder does not check in for a reserved Eligible Pass Service and did not cancel or reschedule before the cancellation deadline stated at booking.

For a Fixed-Use Pass, a no-show or late cancellation may result in forfeiture of the applicable redemption. For an Annual Pass, MRY may apply the following consequences during any pass term:

Fraud, resale, intentional reservation blocking, abusive conduct, unsafe conduct, or repeated misuse may result in immediate cancellation of reservations or suspension, cancellation, or revocation of benefits or the pass.

MRY may waive a no-show or late-cancellation consequence in its discretion for documented emergency, illness, severe weather, road closure, or other circumstances MRY determines appropriate.

7. Included Services; Exclusions

Each pass is valid only for the Eligible Pass Services listed for that pass type in these Terms. “Premium Railbike Services” means Railcoaster, Railbikes on the Noyo, Railbikes Along Pudding Creek, and any successor, renamed, premium, or specialty railbike service designated by MRY.

Unless expressly included for that pass type in these Terms, passes do not include: private charters; venue rentals; private, group, school, corporate, wedding, hosted, catered, dining, tasting, fundraising, promotional, third-party, separately ticketed, premium, special-event, non-regular, or non-public services, trips, departures, events, or uses; events or services held at, using, or in connection with The Glen or any other MRY venue or facility as part of a rental, private event, third-party event, separately ticketed event, or special event; Flynn Creek Circus; premium add-ons; Presidential Class; Premium Railbike Services; special packages; upgraded seating; alcoholic beverages; gift cards; parking; taxes; fees; gratuities; promotional fares; commuter, resident-access, freight, baggage, delivery, storage, handling, custody, safekeeping, charter, utility, maintenance, work-train, non-public transportation, or special-stop services; or any other service, product, benefit, departure, event, use, venue access, or item not expressly included in these Terms or designated by MRY as excluded.

8. Non-Transferability; Identification; No Resale

Passes are personal to the named passholder, non-transferable, revocable, and not for resale, and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, loaned, bartered, auctioned, brokered, used in promotions, used for commercial purposes, or used by anyone other than the named passholder without MRY’s prior written approval, except to the extent the applicable pass type in these Terms expressly includes companion or guest use.

MRY may require a current personal photograph to be associated with the pass, valid photo identification, order confirmation, reservation confirmation, pass credential, payment-card verification, or other proof of eligibility.

MRY may deny use or boarding, cancel reservations, suspend benefits, or revoke a pass if MRY determines that the pass or any benefit has been altered, misused, transferred, resold, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or used for an unauthorized commercial purpose.

9. Refunds; No Cash Value

Passes, passholder reservations, redemptions, discounts, and related benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, are not exchangeable for cash, and do not create any stored value, deposit balance, or transportation credit, except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase. 

No refund, credit, extension, or substitution is provided for unused benefits, failure to reserve, lack of availability, blackout dates, excluded departures, late arrival, missed departure, no-show, failure to present required identification, refusal to follow safety instructions, removal for conduct, suspension or revocation for misuse, or inability to use all pass benefits before expiration, except as required by law or expressly approved by MRY.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Pass Credentials

Passholders are responsible for protecting their pass credentials, account access, reservation confirmations, QR codes, barcodes, login information, and any other pass-related materials or access methods. If any of them is lost, stolen, hacked, compromised, copied, transferred, used in connection with identity theft, or used without authorization, the passholder should notify MRY promptly.

MRY may require identity verification and charge any reasonable, legally permitted and disclosed fee before reissuing, replacing, reactivating, or modifying any pass credential or account access.

MRY may deny use, cancel reservations, suspend benefits, deactivate affected credentials or access methods, or revoke a pass if any credential or access method has been copied, transferred, resold, shared, misused, fraudulently obtained, or used by anyone other than the named passholder, except to the extent the applicable pass type in these Terms expressly includes companion or guest use.

Except as required by law or expressly approved by MRY, MRY is not responsible for unauthorized use of any pass credential or access method before the passholder reports the issue, will not provide any replacement ticket, reservation, credit, refund, extension, or other compensation for lost, stolen, hacked, compromised, copied, transferred, or misused credentials or access methods, and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or property.

11. Changes, Closures, and Cancellations

MRY may modify, cancel, close, suspend, discontinue, substitute, or reschedule any Eligible Pass Services, departures, routes, equipment, events, amenities, schedules, operating days, and passholder benefits for weather, wildfire or other emergency conditions, maintenance, equipment or staffing availability, safety, railroad operations, regulatory or legal requirements, private or special events, low demand, or other operational needs. If MRY cancels a reserved Eligible Pass Service, MRY may, subject to applicable law and the applicable cancellation policy, offer rescheduling, a comparable substitute, restoration of the unused reservation opportunity, credit, or refund.

MRY does not guarantee that every listed Eligible Pass Service will operate or be available during the pass term.

12. Passholder Discounts and Additional Benefits

Unless stated otherwise for a specific pass, passholder discounts apply only to eligible MRY purchases or services designated by MRY; are subject to availability; may require a passholder code, login, or direct purchase channel; may not be applied retroactively; may not be transferred, sold, or used commercially; and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, group rates, vouchers, or complimentary tickets.

Unless expressly stated and permitted by law, passholder discounts exclude alcoholic beverages, tobacco, cannabis, taxes, fees, gratuities, gift cards, parking, already-discounted or promotional items, and the master exclusions listed in these Terms. Food and beverage discounts, if any, apply only to eligible food and nonalcoholic beverages.

If a pass includes a gift shop discount, the discount applies only to eligible in-stock merchandise purchased directly from MRY during the pass term, subject to the exclusions in this section.

Passholder discounts and ancillary benefits may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for future purchases or future benefit use, subject to applicable law.

13. Alcohol and Age-Restricted Services

Passes and passholder discounts do not include or apply to alcoholic beverages, and any beverage service offered as part of a separately purchased ticketed rail service is governed by the terms applicable to that service and applicable law. Admission or access to an alcohol-related Eligible Pass Service, if included in a pass, is subject to age, identification, conduct, and alcohol-service requirements, guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo identification to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol, and service may be refused as required or permitted by law or company policy.

14. Accessibility; Historic Equipment; Railbike Limitations

MRY welcomes guests with disabilities and seeks to provide access in accordance with applicable law, but because MRY operates historic rail equipment, railbikes, outdoor platforms, remote destinations, and railroad facilities, some services may involve physical dimensions, boarding methods, transfer requirements, terrain, equipment, or safety requirements affecting accessibility.

Accessibility may vary by service, station, platform, railcar, railbike, date, equipment, route, and conditions, and some mobility devices, including certain motorized wheelchairs or scooters, may not be safely accommodated due to physical dimensions, weight, turning radius, securement, boarding, transfer, evacuation, or safety limitations.

Guests who use wheelchairs, scooters, other mobility devices, or who may need assistance boarding, transferring, evacuating, or participating should contact MRY before booking so MRY can discuss available options, equipment limitations, and whether a particular service can reasonably and safely accommodate the guest’s needs.

Where a requested accommodation, mobility device, transfer method, or participation method cannot be reasonably or safely accommodated for a particular service, MRY will consider available alternatives where feasible, which may include a different departure, different equipment, different service, accessible viewing or boarding option, rescheduling, credit, or refund if required by law or applicable policy.

Service animals are permitted where required by law, subject to lawful safety, control, space, and operational limitations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or obligations under applicable disability access laws.

15. Railbike and Adventure Service Requirements

Unless a pass expressly includes railbike services or Eligible Pass Services, passes do not include Premium Railbike Services or related adventure services.

If a pass expressly includes any railbike, adventure, or other Eligible Pass Service, that service or benefit may be subject to additional safety, health, age, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, and waiver requirements, and MRY may deny participation to any guest who does not satisfy applicable requirements, complete required documentation, appear able to participate safely, or follow instructions.

16. Children and Minors

Certain Eligible Pass Services may have minimum age, height, supervision, or safety requirements, and a parent, legal guardian, or purchasing adult is responsible for accompanying and supervising minors where required by MRY policy or applicable law and ensuring that minors comply with all safety rules, posted instructions, and crew directions.

17. Safety and Guest Conduct

Conduct on MRY property is governed by the Mendocino Railway Property and Visitor Rules, and passholders must not misuse passes, reservations, or benefits or resell pass benefits. All guests must comply with posted rules, safety instructions, crew directions, railroad safety rules, boarding and disembarking instructions, smoking and fire restrictions, parking rules, property rules, and applicable law.

MRY may deny admission or boarding, refuse or discontinue service, remove or eject a guest, cancel reservations, suspend benefits, or revoke a pass for violation of these Terms, posted rules, crew instructions, or applicable law, including for any guest who is or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any drug, uses or possesses illegal drugs or cannabis on MRY’s property, or is disorderly, threatening, harassing, violent, unsafe, or endangering to any person. Removal, ejection, suspension, or revocation under this section does not entitle the guest to any refund, credit, extension, or substitution, except as required by law.

18. Assumption of Risk

Eligible Pass Services may involve risks associated with railroads, moving trains, railbikes, historic equipment, boarding and disembarking, stairs, platforms, uneven surfaces, weather, wildlife, crowds, darkness, smoke, steam, noise, vibration, remote locations, natural conditions, and passenger rail transportation operations. By purchasing, reserving, using, or participating, each passholder acknowledges those risks and agrees to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and crew directions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights or duties that cannot be waived under applicable law, or to waive, limit, impair, or alter any railroad, common-carrier, public-utility, passenger rail transportation, tariff, statutory, regulatory, jurisdictional, limitation-of-liability, assumption-of-risk, comparative-fault, federal-preemption, or other defense, protection, right, duty, or limitation available to MRY under applicable federal, state, or local law.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any liability or obligation that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law, including MRY’s duties, liabilities, rights, and defenses as a railroad, common carrier, or public utility; liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct; liability for personal injury or death caused by MRY’s negligence; or liability for negligent or willful violation of law. Subject to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MRY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost enjoyment, or economic loss, arising out of or relating to a pass or pass benefits, and for any claim not governed by the non-waivable obligations described above, MRY’s total liability will not exceed the amount the passholder paid for the applicable pass. Nothing in this section limits, alters, waives, or concedes anything regarding MRY’s status, rights, defenses, immunities, or obligations as a railroad, common carrier, or public utility, or any federal-preemption or jurisdictional position.

20. Privacy and Communications

MRY may collect passholder information, including name, phone number, email address, and, where relevant, birthday or date of birth, to administer purchases, reservations, age-restricted services, guest communications, safety, customer service, fraud prevention, and marketing where permitted. Passholders are responsible for keeping their contact information current. Important communications may be sent by email, phone, or text where permitted.

Personal information is handled in accordance with MRY’s privacy policy. By entering MRY property or participating in any Eligible Pass Service, each guest consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by MRY and to MRY’s use of that image, likeness, and voice in any media and for any purpose, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

21. Errors and Corrections

MRY may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, included Eligible Pass Services, or exclusions. If a material pricing or product error is discovered after purchase, MRY may cancel the affected transaction and issue a refund or offer the purchaser the option to purchase the corrected product.

22. California Law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law applies or preempts state or local law.

23. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU AND MENDOCINO RAILWAY EACH AGREE THAT COVERED DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR CLAIMS THAT CANNOT BE REQUIRED TO BE ARBITRATED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. YOU AND MENDOCINO RAILWAY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

For purposes of this section, MRY also means Mendocino Railway’s affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, insurers, representatives, successors, and assigns, and any business conducted under the “Skunk Train,” “River Fox Train,” or other names.

This section applies to any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and MRY arising out of or relating to a pass or pass benefits, including their purchase, reservation, redemption, use, suspension, revocation, cancellation, refund, expiration, renewal, discounts, communications, marketing, payment, and any related products, services, or transactions.

Before starting arbitration, the complaining party must send a written notice of dispute describing the claim and the relief sought. A passholder must send it to: Mendocino Railway, Attn: Legal Department, [address/email]; MRY may use the contact information on file. The parties will then attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days, and neither may begin arbitration or a small claims proceeding until that period expires, unless the law requires otherwise or emergency relief is needed.

Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, which will decide whether the claim qualifies for that forum.

Any unresolved dispute will be decided by binding individual arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise, and may be conducted in person, by video, by telephone, or on written submissions; any in-person hearing will be held in Sacramento County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires another location.

Filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees are governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the passholder initiates arbitration, MRY will reimburse any portion of the passholder’s initial filing fee that exceeds the cost of filing a civil action where the passholder resides, unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.

The arbitrator decides all issues about the interpretation, scope, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that whether a claim may proceed as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action is decided by a court, not the arbitrator.

Arbitration proceeds only on an individual basis. Neither you nor MRY may bring or participate in any covered dispute as part of a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action, except where this waiver is prohibited by law. This individual-basis requirement and waiver do not apply to any claim for public injunctive relief, which is not waived; any such claim may be brought and decided in a court of competent jurisdiction and, if asserted together with other claims, will be severed and stayed pending individual arbitration of those other claims.

The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis and only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim, and may award any individual relief available in court, subject to all defenses, limitations, immunities, and other rights preserved by these Terms and applicable law. The arbitrator may not alter MRY’s non-waivable legal positions, including its railroad, common-carrier, public-utility, federal-preemption, jurisdictional, and limitation-of-liability positions.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief in court where necessary to protect safety, property, railroad operations, regulatory rights, or legal rights, or limits any agency, regulatory, law-enforcement, small-claims, public injunctive relief, or other remedy that cannot be waived or required to be arbitrated under applicable law.

This arbitration agreement involves interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, and these Terms are otherwise governed by California law, except where federal law applies or preempts state or local law.

This arbitration agreement survives expiration, suspension, revocation, or termination of a pass. If any part is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest will remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy and cannot be severed, that claim or remedy may proceed in court only to the extent required by law.

To the extent this section conflicts with any dispute-resolution provision in other terms, ticket terms, website terms, or posted rules, this section governs covered pass disputes unless the law requires otherwise.

24. General

These Terms operate together with the pass details shown at purchase, the Mendocino Railway Property and Visitor Rules, the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver, and MRY’s other applicable terms, rules, and policies, including website, ticket, and purchase terms. They are not the exclusive agreement between you and MRY and do not supersede those other terms, except that, for any conflict concerning passes or pass benefits, the order of precedence is: first, the applicable pass-specific Schedule; second, these Terms, including the arbitration provisions; third, the Mendocino Railway Property and Visitor Rules; and fourth, MRY’s other applicable terms. If any provision of these Terms, other than as separately addressed in the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver, is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. MRY’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, section headings are for convenience only, MRY may assign or transfer these Terms, passholders may not, and MRY may update these Terms for future purchases or as required by law.

25. Pass Types

The following provisions identify each MRY pass type’s Eligible Pass Services, included redemptions, and additional benefits for Skunk Train and River Fox Train services. The pass types are organized as Annual Passes and Fixed-Use Passes.

• Annual Passes

• Standard Skunk Annual Pass

For train-service use, the Standard Skunk Annual Pass is valid only for the Eligible Pass Services listed above, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

Holders of a Standard Skunk Annual Pass also receive the following benefits, subject to the discount exclusions in these Terms:

• 15% off eligible additional MRY ticket purchases during the pass term; and
• 15% off eligible gift shop purchases during the pass term.

• Super Skunk Annual Pass

For train-service use, the Super Skunk Annual Pass is valid only for the Eligible Pass Services listed above, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

Holders of a Super Skunk Annual Pass also receive the following benefits, subject to the discount exclusions in these Terms:

• 15% off eligible additional MRY ticket purchases during the pass term; and
• 15% off eligible gift shop purchases during the pass term.

• River Fox Super Fox Annual Pass

For train-service use, the River Fox Super Fox Annual Pass is valid only for the Eligible Pass Services listed above, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

Holders of a River Fox Super Fox Annual Pass also receive the following benefits, subject to the discount exclusions in these Terms:

• An exclusive Super Fox Annual Pass commemorative t-shirt;
• 15% off eligible additional MRY ticket purchases during the pass term; and
• 10% off eligible gift shop purchases during the pass term.

• Fixed-Use Passes

• Skunk Premier Package Fixed-Use Pass

The Skunk Premier Package Fixed-Use Pass includes redemptions for (a) one ticket (for up to two persons) to an eligible Presidential Class service, and (b) one ticket (for up to two persons) to either (i) Railbikes on the Noyo, or (ii) Railcoaster, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

Railbike pricing is based on two riders per railbike. Each redemption is good for up to two guests on the same railbike.

• River Fox Ultimate Train Fixed-Use Pass

The River Fox Ultimate Train Fixed-Use Pass includes redemptions for one ticket to each of the following Eligible Pass Services: Old Vine Express, Boba Tea Train (Golden Fox level), and Beer Train, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

The pass may be redeemed only once per calendar day, and each redemption is subject to all applicable age, identification, conduct, alcohol-service, safety, health, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, waiver, and participation requirements.

• Cheers to Bar Nights Fixed-Use Pass

The Cheers to Bar Nights Fixed-Use Pass includes three redemptions (total) for one ticket to either of the following Eligible Pass Services: Glen Blair Bar or Highball Express, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

The pass may be redeemed only once per calendar day. Admission and use are subject to all applicable age, identification, conduct, alcohol-service, safety, health, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, waiver, and participation requirements.

• Holiday Celebrations with the Skunk Fixed-Use Pass

The Holiday Celebrations with the Skunk Fixed-Use Pass includes three redemptions (total) for one ticket to any of the following Eligible Pass Services: Days of Steam, Pumpkin Express, Easter Express, or Mr. Skunk and the Giant Christmas Tree, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

The pass may be redeemed only once per calendar day. Admission and use are subject to all applicable age, identification, conduct, safety, health, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, waiver, and participation requirements.

• Railbike Revolution Fixed-Use Pass

The Railbike Revolution Fixed-Use Pass includes redemptions for (a) one ticket (for up to two persons) to Railbikes Along Pudding Creek, and (b) one ticket (for up to two persons) to either (i) Railbikes on the Noyo, or (ii) Railcoaster, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

Railbike pricing is based on two riders per railbike. Each redemption is good for up to two guests on the same railbike.

The pass may be redeemed only once per calendar day. Admission and use are subject to all applicable age, identification, conduct, safety, health, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, waiver, and participation requirements.

• River Fox Holiday Celebrations Fixed-Use Pass

The River Fox Holiday Celebrations Fixed-Use Pass includes redemptions for one ticket to any three of the following holiday Eligible Pass Services, with no more than one redemption per Eligible Pass Service: Springtime Express (Easter), Springliner, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Pumpkin Patch Train, Haunted Halloween, and Magical Christmas Train, subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

The pass may be redeemed only once per calendar day. Admission and use are subject to all applicable age, identification, conduct, alcohol-service, safety, health, height, weight, mobility, weather, supervision, equipment, waiver, and participation requirements.

Redemption of this pass for the Magical Christmas Train is subject to blackout dates and may be booked only for Magical Christmas Train departures between November 27 and December 11. This pass may not be redeemed for Magical Christmas Train departures before November 27 or after December 11.

• River Fox Rail Crossover Fixed-Use Pass

The River Fox Rail Crossover Fixed-Use Pass includes redemptions for (a) two tickets to a Countryside Railbike service, and (b) two tickets to a Yolo Explorer train ride (Copper Fox level), subject to the master exclusions in these Terms.

This is a two-person pass; each redemption is good for up to two guests and must be used for both guests at the same time.
