As the train departs, Santa’s elves spring into action, filling each car with laughter, song, and pure holiday fun. They’ll lead merry sing-alongs, play elvish games, and help little ones craft their heartfelt letters to Santa. Soon enough, Mrs. Claus will make her grand entrance, sharing sweet smiles, delicious cookies, and rich hot chocolate served in keepsake souvenir mugs. 

Outside your window, the wonder continues to unfold. Twinkling lights, whimsical characters, and dazzling holiday displays guide your journey straight to the heart of Christmas: Santa’s Village! 

Step off the train and into a storybook scene of snow-dusted streets, glittering trees, and Santa himself waiting on his grand throne to greet everyone. Explore the village, capture a photo keepsake with Santa, and stop by his Christmas tree farm to find the perfect evergreen.

Seating will be available in our indoor cars. Infant seating is lap-only – to ensure your little one has their own seat, please purchase a standard ticket.

If you would like to be seated with passengers booked under a separate reservation, please indicate so in the ‘additional notes’ section of your reservation. While every attempt to seat you together will be made, the best way to guarantee this is to book as one reservation.

Food & Beverage

In addition to the included hot cocoa and cookies, passengers will have a selection of concessions available onboard for purchase.

Concessions include snacks and beverages. Beverage options include soft drinks and juice, as well as beer, wine, ciders, and seasonal drinks.
