Magical Christmas Train’s Holiday Bazaar 2025 - Vendor Application

Event Dates: November 28 (Black Friday) through December 24, 2025

Event Hours: Vendor setup must be completed by 9:00 AM. Vendors are required to be on-site from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Thank you for your interest in our Magical Christmas Train's Holiday Bazaar! We are thrilled to host over 20,000 guests this season and are choosing a select group of only six (6) category-exclusive vendors who will offer unique, high-quality products. Please read the following information carefully before completing your application.

Application & Selection Process

1. Submit Your Application: Complete this form and submit it by November 15, 2025.

2. Review Period: Our committee will review all applications. Selection is based on product quality, uniqueness, category fit, and display presentation.

3. Notification: All applicants will be notified of their status via email by November 16, 2025.

4. Payment & Contract: Accepted vendors will receive a formal contract and a link to submit the $750 vendor fee. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
